The readme of extlib and the naming of the OPAM libs, extlib (minimal) and extlib-compat (full), suggested the minimal version is preferred. Haxe 4.1.0 failed to be built with the full version of extlib. In case of any package depends on the full version of extlib, I think we should introduce a extlib-compat package like OPAM.
I'm guessing someone depends on the full version of extlib. However we might instead build both from a single package. I'll see if this is feasible.
