I can see below info inside insight operator pod:
$ oc logs pods/insights-operator-8886494-hcvng -n openshift-insights | grep prune

@rmarasch, can we say this bug is fixed based on above info?

That would be only half way through. We need to check if the data exported is available on https://telemeter-lts-dashboards.datahub.redhat.com/

I can also see the image pruner config info from support shell acquired from telemeter page:
