Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log snippests): ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Concerned BZ: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1827768 (OCS clusters that are LSO based need to be re-installed and not upgraded from 4.3 to 4.4 as CRUSH hierarchy doesn't change) The note for re-install has been added to the Update section 10.1 [1]. But after a discussion in chat, we would request for it to be added in Release notes -> Known Issue section as well.
