the following network tests have been failing on oVirt and other platforms: - [sig-network] Networking Granular Checks: Services should function for endpoint-Service. - [sig-network] Networking Granular Checks: Services should function for node-Service. - [sig-network] Networking Granular Checks: Services should function for pod-Service. we didn't know the reason until recently and now there is a fix which is targeted for RHEL 8.3 [1] and there are openshift bugs for tracking the fix in openshift [2][3]. Since this is now a very known issue and is currently failing our CI and making it hard to distinguish between a red failed CI and a false one we decided to skip those test for ovirt until the fix will land. This bug is to track the removal of the skip. Marking this high so the team does not lose track of it. It's critical we get these tests re-enabled as soon as the underlying issue is fixed.
I set the target to 4.7 so it doesn't block the release. If this passes tests, we can pull it in, or enable in 4.6.z.
Hi the PR removes the skip I tested locally and the tests passed
