Cause: Manila Operator didn't support custom self-signed certificates provided by the user. Consequence: Manila operator failed to deploy Manila CSI driver on some environments that used self-signed certificates. Fix: Fetch the user-provided CA certificate from the system configmap and mount it to the driver's containers. Update the driver's configuration accordingly. Result: Manila operator is able to deploy and manage Manila CSI driver on environments with self-signed certificates.

Description of problem:
Please add option to include Manila integration with Self Signed SSL certs

Verified pass on 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-07-07-233934

We used the osp16 cluster to install manila driver and create manila share, no authentication error found.
