 - Bump to 0.26.6

 - There is a LICENSE file in protocols/COPYING that you should install if %files. Same with the .md files as %doc from the same directory.

 - License ok
 - Builds in mock
 - No rpmlint errors
 - Conforms to Packaging Guidelines
