This is a carry pick that is waiting for the right labels, in case we will not get them on time moving this to next spring for now
"due to capacity constraints we will be revisiting this bug in the upcoming sprint"

Verified with: openshift-install-linux-4.4.0-0.nightly-2020-06-22-103843

I can confirm that the machine-related events are not spammed now, so moving this BZ to VERIFIED. However, this is still an issue: Bug 1840183 - DNS config event generated every couple of minutes
