This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle. Changing version to 33.
It looks like this bug (as stated) is fixed with build rubygem-selenium-webdriver-3.142.7-1.fc33 The problem is, that now (F34) firefox is only built on x86_64 i686 and ppc64le. So, it continues to to fail if koji does not build on one of those arches.
This message is a reminder that Fedora 33 is nearing its end of life. Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 33 on 2021-11-30.
