Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):

As a part of 4.4 and 4.3, it was agreed to use node replacement even for device replacement. As that is not a good solution to replace node for OSD replace, we need detail step to replace the device for AWS without rebooting and replacing the node.

Hi Erin,

I think I miss read your question in comment #2.
QE are performing node replacement in order to replace a device.

We don't have the steps to perform device replacement in AWS so we will need to get these from Engg
