Description of problem:
Please build commoncpp2 for EPEL 8.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
commoncpp2-1.8.1-21.fc32

Actual results:
No commoncpp2 in EPEL 8.

Expected results:
commoncpp2-1.8.1-21.el8 - or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 8 branch.

I'd prefer to not maintain EPEL8 packages since I don't use EPEL, but I'm happy to add you as comaintainer.

I'm no longer interested in this package, given baresip meanwhile satisfies my personal SIP client needs on EPEL 8 (and 9).
