*Steps to Reproduce:*
1. Install a helm chart which doesn't have release notes like nodejs-ex
2. Go to topology and click on helm release node.
3. Go to release notes tab, open action menu.

*Actual Results:*
Action menu cuts from bottom

*Expected Results:*
Action menu should not cut from bottom
