Description of problem: On the Developer Catalog, card details panel, for Helm Charts, the README section takes sometime to show up. This gives user a sense that nothing is happening.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to helm catalog
2. select a helm chart

Actual results:
Nothing happens for some time and then the readme loads suddenly.

Expected results:
Should show a loading message about readme.
