Per the bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1842455, default volumestorageclass is not supported until OCP4.5.

Hello Ping,

I'm not sure I understand this request 100%. Both corresponding bugs were closed as not fixed (one in 4.4, the other in 4.5). But I have tried to follow your note that default volumesnapshotclass/volumestorageclass "is not supported until OCP4.5". So, I have removed a couple of references in the docs to default class behavior. This is against 4.5 branch only.

Thanks Bob, the PR lgtm. OCP 4.5 has this issue too, do I need to clone a new bug for 4.5?

Hi Ping, no need to clone the bug, I can make the change from this BZ. But should I apply this change to 4.5+ with the assumption that this is not coming in a future release? Or make the fix for 4.4 and 4.5 only, and have the optional note about creating a default VolumeSnapshotClass added only to 4.6+?

I did not see there is a plan to fix this in 4.5+ until now.

Per QE, also opened https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/22785 to apply same fix to 4.5+. Waiting for peer reviews.
