Redeploying engine with the backup from RHV 4.3 engine fails.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. Deploy RHHI-V 1.7 with RHV 4.3.10.
2. Get the RHV 4.3. engine backup
3. Reinstall the host with RHVH 4.4.1
4. Restore engine-backup along with redeployment of engine 

Actual results:
---------------
RHV 4.4.1 Engine deployment fails

Expected results:
-----------------
RHV 4.4.1 engine deployment with backup from RHV 4.3 should deploy successfully

The dependent bug is in MODIFIED state

Tested with upgrading from RHHI-V 1.7 ( RHV 4.3.10 ) to RHV 4.4.1 with the rhvm-appliance - rhvm-appliance-4.4-20200707.0.el8ev.x86_64.rpm

Upgrade was successful without changing CPU Type.
