The song notification bubble displays

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Minimize rb to tray
2. play song with the & character in artist name or song title

Actual Results:  3. Marvel at the lack of notification text

Expected Results:  3. correct icon displayed

Expected result should of course be "correct notification text displayed", this
is fixed in rhythmbox CVS btw.
