Description of problem: CLO crashing if user removes "collection" section from the CR.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible: Install CLO. Create CR with collection section. Then remove the collection section.

Actual results: CLO crashed


Expected results: CLO removes fluentd pods and run without errors
