First, confirm if the bug related PRs has been merged in latest OCP build 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-06-17-180933,

We can see they already have been merged.

We can found the most successful jobs were passed after June 10th, this is exactly the time to merged the PR '#870'. That is to say, the fix worked. So move the bug verified.
