Description of problem:

We should support setting grafana on a separate machine (from the engine), mainly for load distribution.

I am opening this bug after the patch for it was already merged, today.

I verified myself the following flow:

1. Set up engine on machine A, local (default) db
2. Setup up dwh+grafana on machine B local (default) db

and a few others.

QE: Please also test:

- each on a separate machine (3 machines)
- with remote databases
- With 3rd-party https certs, using e.g. [1] or an updated one for 4.4 if we have (no idea). In principle it should work as-is, because we run grafana behind httpd, and use basically the same conf as when on the engine machine.

I believe we should test only these 2 cases:
1. engine + DWH + Grafana on same machine
2. engine on machine A, DWH db and service + Grafana on machine B

No need for other combinations.
