Hi, we previously had a static method of deploying OCS dashboard. Once you install OCS Operator the default dashboard(Converged) would be activated. Recently we have backported(OCP 4.5) a change that would change this behavior to dynamic. So now, until you create a Storage Cluster the dashboard would not be activated. After the creation of the Storage Cluster, the activated dashboard would reflect the type of storage cluster that you just created.

Having said that, there is an easy workaround available. Performing a refresh should fix this issue. (Only one refresh is required not every time).

In the latest 4.5 builds this issue should not be reproducible.
