Trying to integrate an existing RHOSP 16 environment with STF. We are following the documentation

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/16.0/html-single/service_telemetry_framework/index

When running the deployment command it fails with collectd container error.

Error: Evaluation Error: Error while evaluating a Resource Statement, Evaluation Error: Error while evaluating a Resource Statement, Duplicate declaration: Tripleo::Profile::Base::Metrics::Collectd::Collectd_plugin[virt] is already declared at (file: /etc/puppet/modules/tripleo/manifests/profile/base/metrics/collectd/collectd_service.pp, line: 8); cannot redeclare (file: /etc/puppet/modules/tripleo/manifests/profile/base/metrics/collectd/collectd_service.pp, line: 8) (file: /etc/puppet/modules/tripleo/manifests/profile/base/metrics/collectd/collectd_service.pp, line: 8, column: 5) (file: /etc/puppet/modules/tripleo/manifests/profile/base/metrics/collectd.pp, line: 298) on node XXX
