Description of problem:

Euca2ools is in EPEL7 but not in EPEL8 
Please consider adding it to EPEL8.

Because EL8 is ~F28/~F29 and the current Euca2ools version is still
the same for the current F31/32, it should build straight away 
https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/euca2ools/builds/
