Description of problem:

Users that installed OCP on RHV in the 4.4 version will likely to upgrade to 4.5 version. IMO, would be nice to test the upgrade flow and document in our page or link to OCP page.

Pre-requirement:

- Have a recent etcd backup in case your upgrade fails and you must restore your
  cluster to a previous state.
