Another hostname related BZ, this time on a 4.4 cluster - UPI VMware (info got from support case)

I found this BZ that looks related to reboots + hostnames getting set to localhost - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1763700

But that was fixed in 4.3.

For additional triage, we would need more complete journal logs from the affected nodes.

Setting priority as medium and targeting for 4.6

Based on the logs, this appears to be a duplicate of 1845885; if not it should be fixed by the same fix. 

Closing this in favor of 1850774 which is the cherry-pick BZ.
