Hi,
Can you verify that the used service principal has rights within that tenant? Looks like Azure RBAC config issue.

The attached case is closed without comment.  This appears to be an expired credential on the user's cloud account.  If the problem persists and the requested info becomes available, please re-open this BZ or file a new one.
