Description of problem:

When using SLAAC for IPv6 its possible that introspection could fail.

A link local address is a valid address on an IPv6 network when we are using SLAAC instead of DHCPv6.  The current interface validation bypass link local address and fails the introspection.

Verified code in  ironic_inspector/plugins/standard.py
verified code will accept IPv6 addresses, and will accept LL addresses.
