Description of problem:
The shipped /lib/systemd/system/nfs-ganesha-lock.service systemd unit file is incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install nfs-ganesha
2. Watch systemd's journal (journalctl -b | grep nfs-ganesha-lock)

Actual results:
Systemd reports:
systemd[1]: nfs-ganesha-lock.service: Service has no ExecStart=, ExecStop=, or SuccessAction=. Refusing.

Expected results:
No error should occur.
