We want to help the user by adding a panel to each Grafana dashboard with its description.

The panel will be the first panel in each dashboard.

Verified in ovirt-engine-4.4.1.8-0.7.el8ev.noarch

All oVirt dashboards have a description panel with corresponding text.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.1 release, published on July 8th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.1 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
