Made severity "High" because it's a consistent failure.

Verified the bug in the payload 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-08-07-202945. Ran the test locally and did not see any error as reported in the description also checked ci jobs and i see that the test did not report error as above. https://search.ci.openshift.org/?search=should+delete+fast+enough+&maxAge=48h&context=1&type=bug%2Bjunit&name=&maxMatches=5&maxBytes=20971520&groupBy=job Based on the above moving the bug to verified state.
