Description of problem:

UPI installation on VMware fails with an error in bootkube service log:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Execute installation on any platform
2.Login into the bootstrap node and watch bootkube.service

Actual results:
Not installing

Expected results:
Installing

Setting target release to current development version (4.6) for investigation. Where fixes (if any) are required/requested for prior versions, cloned BZs will be created when appropriate.

I see that this BZ has not had any traffic for awhile. The associated customer portal case is closed and refers to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1816178. Given the above I am going to close this as a duplicate BZ.
