What happened to xntp3?  I can't find it anywhere in RedHat 7.0.  It was
there in 6.2.

xntp (v3) was renamed by the author (Dave Mills of the University of Delaware) 
to ntp when it was upgraded to v4.  RH Linux 7.0 includes ntp v4.
