Description of problem:

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Control > Explorer > Conditions.
2. Create a new condition.
3. Select it, click on Configuration dropdown and select 'Delete this XYZ Condition'.

Actual results:

3. Condition gets deleted, but no flash message is displayed. When you reload the page, a flash message saying 'Last selected Condition no longer exists'.

Expected results:

2.
3. Once the condition is deleted, a proper flash message indicating that the condition was deleted should be displayed and user should be navigated back to 'All Conditions' or whatever proper place is.
