Description of problem:
  Systemsettings5 not usable. Stays black or outputs Errors (see attached image)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
  Running CentOS8 
  Package: plasma-systemsettings-5.18.4.1-1.el8.x86_64

How reproducible:
  100%

Steps to Reproduce:
  Just start Systemsettings5.


Actual results:
  Black window contest or error messages (see attached image)

Expected results:
  working KDE Settings


Additional info:
  I run CentOS8 on qemu-system-x86_64 (with kvm on CentOS7)

  I've installed KDE according to https://www.server-world.info/en/note?os=CentOS_8&p=desktop&f=4
  Eventing works, expect systemsettings5
