As part of triage when determining the importance of bugs a severity should be specified. Since these bugs have not been properly triaged we are removing the target release. Teams will need to add a severity before setting the target release again.
This is not 4.5.0 blocker because regexp actually matches 4.5.0 correctly, it is only when 4.5.z stream is released, we will need a fix.
I wouldn't want to rely on our GA version being 4.5.0 exactly. 4.4.3 was GA for 4.4 for instance. Lets get this in in case it doesn't?
