Please, add perl-DBD-MariaDB to EPEL8.

I would also find it helpful in EPEL 7.

I would like to add the it into EPEL, but it is not possible now. perl-DBD-MariaDB requires perl(Devel::CheckLib) >= 1.12.

EPEL 8 contains perl(Devel::CheckLib) = 1.11
EPEL 7 contains perl(Devel::CheckLib) = 0.99

perl(Devel::CheckLib) is provided by RHEL. Not EPEL. So the version is frozen forever.
Maybe perl-DBD-MariaDB Makefile.PL could be patched not to need the new 1.12 not_execute argument.
