Section Number and Name:  Image controller configuration parameters

Describe the issue: The following statement is incorrect related to wildcards: "Every element of this list contains a location of the registry specified by the registry domain name. The domain name can include wildcards."

Suggestions for improvement: OCP supports adding wildcards, but c/image never supported wildcards for host names, so it is not viable.

@dahernan I removed the part of the statement about wildcards being supported as host names. Please let me know if there are other updates to the doc.

This doc update is for versions 4.5+, since 4.4 docs are no longer being updated as of the 4.7 GA.
