Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). If you're a Red Hat customer, please continue to file support cases via the Red Hat customer portal. If you're not, please head to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira and file new tickets here. Individual Bugzilla bugs will be migrated starting at the end of May. If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description Lukáš Hellebrandt 2020-06-25 17:05:45 UTC
Description of problem:
When I register a (RHEL7) system to the Satellite and attach (through WebUI) subscriptions (RHEL7 rpms, 6.7 tools for RHEL7 etc that are synced), I can't see any repository set on the Repository Sets tab. I can see them after checking "show all".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Sat 6.8 snap 6.0

How reproducible:
Always on my setup, I can provide my manifest if needed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. # subscription-manager register
2. Hosts -> All Hosts -> <host> -> Content -> Subscriptions
3. Add all subscriptions
4. Go to Repository Sets tab

Actual results:
See no repository sets

Expected results:
See repository sets provided by the subscriptions for that system

Comment 1 Lukáš Hellebrandt 2020-06-25 17:19:53 UTC
May be caused by bug 1851180

Comment 3 Lukáš Hellebrandt 2020-07-02 10:29:38 UTC
Yes, I have Simple Content Access activated. However, I think these are two different bugs since I have the subscriptions attached.

Comment 5 Lukáš Hellebrandt 2020-07-13 13:56:28 UTC
I can confirm this bug has been fixed in snap 8.0. Flip it to ON_QA and I'll verify it straight away.

Comment 6 Lukáš Hellebrandt 2020-07-13 15:06:47 UTC
Verified with Sat 6.8 snap 8.0 using reproducer from OP.
