Description of problem: Even if the host to run hosted-engine might be not able to access the required package repositories, "hosted-engine --deploy" fails. The fix for this issue was addressed in bug 1849517, 'hosted-engine --deploy --ansible-extra-vars=he_offline_deployment=true' can be used for offline (no internet) deployment.
