This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle. Changing version to 33.
I built a fix for this that requires gnome-icon-theme instead of the retired gnome-themes. It seems to work and probably gnome-icon-theme was the only thing provided by gnome-themes, that was needed. The update should be in the next branched compose.

This isn't really a complete fix for the issue. echo depends on the mist theme and much of that was provided by gnome-themes. A little is provided by gtk2-engines and that is still available, so I'm adding a requirement for that as well. There is likely something where echo will fallback to mist and the item won't be there, but it pretty much works for my usage. Someday this should get fixed for real or the package retired.
