Description of problem:
I am getting an import error for windows10 on rhev-blue env.

MappingRulesVerificationFailed: VM's timezone is not UTC-compatible. It should have offset of 0 and not observe DST

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.0.3 and also tried with recent master

It looks similar to BZ #1849915. Please check which vm-import-controller version are you using
It should be v2.4.0-16

I am using upstream master (built today)

I tested it on downstream CNV-2.4 (from June 24 2020), and it reproduces there.
While RHEL VM import works just fine.

The fix has been merged in https://github.com/kubevirt/vm-import-operator/pull/316.
