Doc Text:
Cause: After the "pmcd" package being installed, as default the "PMCD_LOCAL" option in /etc/sysconfig/pcmd will be set to 1, which will only allow connections from local host. But the "gwtop" tool will try connect any of the gateway nodes by using the hostname. Consequence: The "gwtop" command will fail if all the pcmd service do not allow the connection from remote hosts. Fix: We should tell users or customers to make sure the "PCMD_LOCAL" is set to 0 to allow the connections from remote hosts. Result: The "gwtop" could run happily.
