Description of problem:

We want to create links between reports, if a user clicks on a host or a vm then it will take them to a report about the specific entity.

Steps:
1) Login to Grafana
2) Check that all dashboards have links to other reports relevant for given entities (data centers, hosts, VMs, clusters)

Results:
Hosts dashboard is missing links to datacenter and cluster. VM is missing the same links. Executive dashboard is missing cluster links. Cluster links are present in the datacenter dashboard, Datacenter links are in the Inventory dashboard, so I believe it should be consistent among all the dashboards. However, all the hosts and VMs links are present everywhere.

Is this bug related only to the hosts and VMs links or all of the links?

In the dashboards you mentioned deleted entities are displayed. 
The data center and cluster dashboards do not display deleted entities, 
so it will create a bug if we click on a deleted data center or cluster.
For this reason I have not added links in some places.

Considering the Comment 2, I'm moving the bug to verified as the missing links are intentional.
