Description of problem:
Logs don't get rotated in containerized Ceph. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Tested with RHCS 4.1

How reproducible:
Everytime I install containerized RHCS 4.1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install containerized RHCS 4.1
2. Observe the logs


Actual results:
I get one log since the installation time.

Expected results:
logs should be rotated daily as in the /etc/logrotate.d/ceph file in the containers.
