Description of problem:

When a Satellite is in Simple Content Access mode, System Purpose status should be shown as 'disabled', similar to what is done for subscription status.

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/30522 has been resolved.

resolution of ERRATA.
