Description of problem:

We made some good improvements with 

https://github.com/kubevirt/kubevirt/pull/3761 and https://github.com/kubevirt/kubevirt/pull/3762 on master branch on reducing test flakes.

However they change not only test code. I still want to backport them.

Based on Tier1 and Tier2 results we accept build v0.30.5
