In satellite-packaging repository, I can see commit 5c384116286e4b4fa2dc169570439cef343addfd removed "Provides" fields added in 17b00f4cf49644bc9a1d5585cbfa6eab8d62bf0e .

satellite-installer --enable-foreman-plugin-inventory-upload installs rh_cloud plugin, installer completes without error.
