As an RHOSP administrator, I want to be able to create TLS-terminated HTTPS load balancers.

Hi,

Documentation for TLS-terminated HTTPS load balancers has been backported from
the RHOSP 16.0 "Networking Guide" to the RHOSP 13 version.

Customers can now see this new content on the Customer Portal here:
