Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log into engine server to upload rhv-guest-tools-iso to ISO Storage Domain

Tomas, this seems like the problem you've mentioned about the virtio-drivers iso on win2008, right?

Hi win2008 is not supported by spice at all, just win10.
On the old tools we installed it because it can work. On the new virtio-win tools installer we dont install it.
I suggest to close it as not a bug

The reason that spice agent is not starting is probably because the virtio serial device is not properly set up. So rather than whether to spice or not to spice we should care why are the drivers considered corrupted.

Win2008 is trying to install spice agent from rhv-guest-tools-iso-4.3-13.el7 rather than virtio-win in this bug, besides, Win2008 guest is still supported on rhel7 v2v[1] and rhv4.3, I suggest close the bug as WONTFIX if the bug isn't worth fixing, thanks

Win2008 is no longer supported in 4.4 (see https://access.redhat.com/articles/973163) because of RHEL 8 transition. closing then
