Ansible roles for upgrade wrt RHHI env, should use delegate_to along with 'connection: ssh' because of change in ansible-2.9.10

As the fix is available in ovirt-ansible-cluster-upgrade-1.2.3, moving this bug to ON_QA

Tested with ovirt-ansible-cluster-upgrade-1.2.3 and everything works good

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.1.1 Async release, published on July 13th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.1.1 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
