Describe the issue: 
please add for CNV-2.4 the supported storage types are Ceph and NFS.
Standard Cinder storage, provided from OCP-4.4, and set as "default" storage,
by default, is not supported.

Currently only NFS is supported for 2.4. Updated bug summary
