This problem has been uncovered by this change: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ipython/pull-request/14# The new subpackage python3-ipython+notebook requires ipywidgets (defined in https://github.com/ipython/ipython/blob/master/setup.py#L182) I'm gonna try to package ipywidgets to rawhide.

FTR it's python3-nb2plots that will require python3.9dist(ipython[notebook]). So far it functioned fine, so maybe it should not?
